RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 30% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
PAYMENT: Remaining balance payment is due no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to check-in date. If payment is not received by the due date, Beachmont Shores has the right to cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All cancellations are fully refundable, less a 5% credit card processing fee, if cancellation notice is received greater than 60 days before your scheduled check-in date. All cancellations received between 30 and 60 days before your scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund, less a 5% credit card processing fee, if the reservation has been paid in full. For cancellations less than 30 days, Reservation Deposit is forfeited (unless dates can be re-booked).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: You will be charged a onetime fee of $45.00 for $1,500.00 insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property. Your payment information and rental agreement will be kept on file to cover any loss to the property due to negligence on your part. The following are examples of negligence on the guest part; number of guests exceeds that which is listed on the rental contract, excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit (including beach towels), costs of cleaning beyond the normal, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property.
